From heartbreak and healing to rediscovering her creative spark, Alina’s journey has been anything but ordinary. Guided by a deep love for music and art, she has learned that creativity isn’t something you chase, it’s something that finds its way back to you. Through personal growth, self-acceptance, and a renewed passion for automotive art, Alina continues to embrace life with authenticity, proving that some of the most beautiful chapters begin when you return to who you truly are.

Can you share a little about your journey and what inspired you to pursue your career or passion?

I was lucky enough to grow up with parents who never boxed me into one path. They encouraged curiosity and gave me the freedom to explore, and somewhere along the way I discovered that music and art weren’t just hobbies, they were home. There was something deeply emotional and honest about both. I found myself drawn to the rawness of creating, the ability to express feelings that words alone sometimes couldn’t. I never chose creativity as much as it chose me.

What were some of the biggest challenges you faced on your path, and how did you overcome them?

Ironically, one of the hardest periods of my life came after graduating with a degree in music. What had once been my greatest passion began to feel like an obligation. There were moments when I was told that success meant changing who I was, adjusting my image, or becoming more marketable. But that never sat right with me because music, to me, has always been about truth, not performance.

Eventually, I stepped away from music and immersed myself in art instead. Life happened. There were heartbreaks, growing pains, and moments of deep self-reflection. And strangely, those experiences brought me back to music. When I found myself at my most vulnerable, I also found my creativity waiting for me. Writing became therapy again. The spark returned, not because I forced it, but because emotions naturally reignited it. Looking back, I realize that healing, growth, and surrounding yourself with people who genuinely support you can quietly guide you back to yourself.

How do you prioritize self-care and wellness while balancing your career and personal life?

I don’t believe there’s one perfect formula because creativity doesn’t always follow a schedule. I’ve learned that understanding yourself is more important than trying to fit into someone else’s routine. For me, balance comes from accepting how my mind works rather than fighting it.

I make time for yoga once a week, spend my days painting or creating music, and usually unwind in the evenings with a quiet show. Of course, artists have a habit of keeping strange hours. Some nights inspiration arrives when the world is asleep, and before I know it, I’m creating until sunrise. I used to get frustrated by my fluctuating productivity, but now I’ve made peace with it. As long as I’m alive and moving forward, even slowly, I know I’m still growing.

What does beauty mean to you, and how has your relationship with it evolved over the years?

Beauty used to mean appearances. I thought it was about being perfectly groomed, dressing well, having flawless posture, and fitting into what everyone else considered attractive. For a long time, I struggled with insecurities I now know were related to PCOS. I felt ashamed of things like body hair and physical features that made me different. Sadly, much of that shame came not from men but from other women, and it affected how I viewed myself and even how comfortable I felt with intimacy.

Everything changed when I met people who simply accepted me as I was. Their acceptance gave me permission to stop fighting myself. Slowly, I learned that beauty isn’t about fitting into someone else’s standards. It’s about staying true to your values, your character, and your heart.

Today, beauty means authenticity. It means being kind without losing your boundaries, staying soft without becoming weak, and continuing to give love even after disappointment. I’ve been hurt many times, but I’ve always told myself, “Never stop being a giver. Stay bright. Stay true. Stay beautiful.” To me, that’s where real beauty lives, in the soul.

What advice would you give to young women who are trying to find confidence or pursue their dreams?

Keep your mind open, your boundaries strong, your heart soft, and your body healthy. Confidence isn’t something that magically appears one day. Sometimes you have to pretend until you believe it yourself. There have been days when I’ve looked in the mirror through tears and simply said, “I’ve got your back.” And somehow, that reminder always makes me smile.

Never be afraid of your strength as a woman, but remember that power without humility can become destructive. Dream boldly, but don’t stop at dreaming. Create a roadmap. Consider the obstacles. Make a plan that fits your life, commit to it, and execute it. The person you want to become already exists within you. Your job is simply to bring her out.

What are your go-to skincare tips or products that you swear by to keep your skin healthy and glowing?

I’ve always preferred simple and natural skincare. One of my favorite little rituals is a homemade lip scrub made with olive oil and brown sugar. It keeps my lips soft and hydrated and works wonders when used once a week.

For hyperpigmentation, I love a mixture of turmeric and honey. Leaving it on for fifteen minutes a few times a week can make a huge difference. And one thing I strongly avoid is using alcohol-based wipes or heavily fragranced products on my face because they tend to dry and irritate the skin. I’ve learned that healthy skin often responds best to gentle, nourishing care.

What’s next for you? Are there any projects, goals, or dreams you’re excited about?

Recently, I’ve fallen in love with automotive art, and it feels like I’ve discovered a new chapter that combines two passions I’ve always carried with me: art and cars. Creating these pieces has brought me so much joy, and I know this is only the beginning.

My dream now is to share these paintings with others and eventually give them homes where they’ll be loved and appreciated. There’s something beautiful about creating art that connects with people, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me next.
